The proposed excavation around an existing septic tank and seam sealing per Title V requirements.  Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank and in the A.C.E.C..  Work to be done by J.C. Ellis Design.

Charles Silbert                                         40 Gesner Road
The proposed pruning of vegetation and trees within 3 feet of dwelling and patio.  Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank and in the A.C.E.C..  

Judith Bruce                                                    26 Towhee Lane
The proposed removal of roof shingles, the installation of photovoltaic tiles, and the conversion of attic space to a bedroom.  Work will occur within 100’ of the Edge of Deep Pond and Shoal Pond.

Cil Bloomfield                                          51 Hopkins Lane
The proposed removal of 1 Black Locust and 2 Pitch Pines and the stumps grinded.  Work will occur within 100’ of the Edge of Wetland.  Work to be done by Nauset Landscapes.

Assessor’s Map 50, Parcel 130.  The proposed removal of an existing dwelling, pumping and abandoning of an existing cesspool, the construction of a single family dwelling, the installation of a new septic system, and the grading and installation of a new driveway.  Work will occur within 100’ of the Top of a Coastal Bank and in the Pleasant Bay A.C.E.C..

by Ryder & Wilcox, Inc.  Assessor’s Map 89, Parcel 23.  The proposed extension of a stone revetment replacing an existing gabion revetment.  Work will occur on a Coastal Bank, Coastal Beach, Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, and in the Pleasant Bay A.C.E.C..
